How my journey began
I survived what too many women silently endure: an abusive relationship with a narcissist who chipped away at my confidence, my voice, and my sense of self.
Being left wasn’t just a breakup—it was a reclamation. I had to grieve the version of myself who stayed with him, and fight like hell to rebuild the woman who walked away emotionally and stood on her own two feet again.
Now, I use my story to help other women do the same. My mission is simple: to shine a light on the manipulative cycles of abuse, to remind survivors that healing is messy but possible, and to show that change after narcissistic relationships is not just survival—it’s transformation.
I write, speak, and share because I believe in turning pain into power. No one should feel alone in the aftermath of abuse. If my journey helps one woman find her voice, her strength, or her way out, then every word is worth it.
